Because of our daily involvement we can readily determine market effects such as consumer demand for forest products, timber quality, stand density, and tract location on the value and sale of timber. Timing is everything in the timber market. We work hard to know when the market is hot and when its not. When its hot, we have an extensive list of timber buyers that we invite to bid on timber. By pitting buyer against buyer we use the timber market to create competition and thus get the best possible price for timber sold. Reforestation ~ Every
year we assist forest landowners in the reforestation of their properties.
Through the use of genetically enhanced seedlings, sound planting practices, and
